Donovan

Donovan is a Graduate Analyst at Karp Strategies, where he leverages experience in community and stakeholder engagement, public safety, and mixed-methods research. Before joining the firm, Donovan held positions with the Federation of Protestant Welfare Agencies, the Center for Policing Equity, the Women’s Housing and Economic Development Corporation, and the New York State Assembly. In these roles, he worked in partnership with elected officials, clients, and community stakeholders to analyze, research, and execute urban policies about affordable housing, public safety, economic development, and transportation. Donovan is a graduate student at the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. In his free time, you can find him tending to his beautiful houseplants.
