Jose, Analyst at Karp Strategies, is an urban planner with a passion for data analysis, economic development, and community collaboration. He brings expertise in market research and leads analysis across development, engagement, and operations management projects. At Karp Strategies, Jose recently supported the in-depth analysis of land use, the real estate market, workforce and employment patterns, and transportation for the firm’s Long Island City Mixed-Use District Study on behalf of a team of private develops, and market analysis for a TOD master plan in a major sunbelt city for a municipal client. Jose attended the Master’s of Science in City & Regional Planning program at Pratt Institute and holds a dual B.A. in Political Science & Psychology. He is a member of Coro Leadership New York Cohort 33. Jose resides in North Brooklyn and enjoys walking his dogs through Forest Park.
