A Senior Consultant for Karp Strategies, Joseph works with clients to deliver planning and real estate advisory, port infrastructure and technical stakeholder facilitation, and project management for large teams on projects of all sizes. While at the firm, Joseph has led a two year multi-faceted port study effort, workforce development analysis for an offshore wind developer, residential market analysis for a New Jersey municipality, and several sustainable infrastructure projects. Prior to Karp Strategies, Joseph worked in Foundation Relations at the University of Michigan, and with the New York City Council and Living Cities. Joseph spent seven years as a disaster response volunteer for the American Red Cross. He is a member of Coro’s Leadership New York Cohort 34.
