ABOUT
Henry
AREAs of expertise

Henry has extensive experience supporting underserved communities in the nonprofit sector through policy advocacy, thorough research, program development, and stakeholder engagement. As a Policy Associate at Save The Bay, he developed comprehensive strategies and advocacy campaigns to address complex regional environmental challenges, including sea level rise, water pollution, and illegal dumping in the Bay Area. Moreover, Henry expanded job accessibility for individuals with barriers to employment at Goodwill of San Francisco and the Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) by building and engaging a robust employer network and utilizing participant feedback to build innovative programs. In particular, his experience using a participant-driven and collaborative approach to develop a solar installation training program for formerly incarcerated individuals led him to pursue a Master of Urban Planning at NYU, where he plans to specialize in environmental planning. When he is not working, Henry enjoys playing basketball, riding his bike, and exploring all New York City has to offer.
