Downtown Baldwin received a $10 million New York State Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) grant to develop a strategic downtown investment plan, aimed at addressing retail vacancies, coastal resiliencies, and promoting economic performance. Karp Strategies, in collaboration with the DRI consultant team led by VHB, is providing market analysis, developing a stakeholder engagement strategy, and supporting a strategic planning process to promote Baldwin’s future downtown.
