Through her multidisciplinary expertise, Ada helps foster resilient cities with thriving neighborhoods. She has conducted research in the fields of infrastructure, transportation, real estate, and public management. Additionally, Ada possesses expertise in design and financial analysis. A recent graduate of Cornell’s Master of Regional Planning program, she has studied and practiced urban, rural, and regional planning for over eight years. She has experience in private, public, and research institutions in the U.S. and China. Before joining Karp, Ada honed her skills as an economist at AECOM, where she crafted economic planning and development strategies. This involved conducting in-depth industrial and market analyses, interpreting policies, and developing financial and public-private partnership models for clients. She also researched City of Yes: Zoning for Economic Opportunity, a priority project outlined in the Mayor's Recovery Blueprint, as an intern at the NYC Department of City Planning. Her work included urban data analysis and data visualization. Ada enjoys walking around the city in her spare time, taking photographs, and documenting her travels as a vlogger.
