Christina brings over a decade of organizational strategy, operations, and process management experience to her role as Director of Strategy + Operations at Karp Strategies, drawing on her experience in non-profits, health care systems, and people-first approaches. Putting a strong emphasis on both the experience of people and data-driven results, Christina is skilled at strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and building system-wide improvement strategies. She drives the firm's internal operations and engagement with external vendors, oversees internal employee initiatives, and supports the implementation of the organization’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy. Christina holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Policy and Management from NYU Wagner and a Bachelor in Health Education with a Concentration in Public Health from Montclair State University. She also teaches Health Systems Administration & Management at Montclair University and previously taught Biostatistics at the College of Saint Elizabeth. In her free time, Christina enjoys spending her time in nature or with her cat, Arthur.
