AREAs of expertise

Jonathan is a Marketing and Operations Intern at Karp Strategies, where he supports internal and external communications, BD efforts, project coordination, and administrative functions across the firm. He brings a diverse professional and cultural background, shaped by experiences in Europe, Asia, and Latin America, along with a multilingual education.

Before joining Karp Strategies, Jonathan completed the Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs—an intensive, graduate-level leadership program in New York City—where he held placements in the nonprofit, government, and labor sectors, including with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Previously, he worked in communications at the UCLA Latino Policy and Politics Institute, where he led a capstone project focused on improving social media accessibility for Spanish-speaking audiences.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys honing his cooking skills, reading, language learning (currently studying Catalan), traveling, and discovering hidden corners of New York City’s “concrete jungle.”
