Becca is an operational leader with extensive experience growing tech, social impact, and non-profit organizations and businesses. She joins Karp Strategies with more than a decade of experience immersed in building and scaling early and mid-stage companies, utilizing a data-driven and people-centered approach to creatively problem-solve and position businesses for success. Employing her experience as Chief Operating Officer of Start Small Think Big, Senior Vice President of Business Operations at adMarketplace, and in consultant and managerial positions at multiple NGOs and social impact organizations, Becca works to develop forward-thinking processes and strategic initiatives, successfully scale organizations, and help teams operate to their fullest potential.

As Managing Principal, Strategy and Operations, Becca will help drive continued growth and build the infrastructure of Karp Strategies as it continues to scale, supporting the team’s consistent delivery of high-impact and thoughtful work for our clients across sectors and geographies. She will lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, build organizational systems to support the firm’s expansion, oversee business development and financial operations, and provide leadership across our marketing and communications team. Becca spends her free time chasing after her daughter alongside her husband, planning international trips, and making ice cream inspired by her travel adventures.
