Shreya is an Associate at Karp Strategies. A bilingual English and Hindi speaker, she has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement across diverse cultures and communities, with expertise in economic and policy analysis. Previously, as a part of India’s third largest public sector financial institution, Shreya designed and implemented financial inclusion and digital literacy initiatives for marginalized communities. She also provided financial advisory services to small businesses.

During her time as a graduate student at Columbia SIPA, Shreya was a consultant with the International Labor Organization and performed an environmental impact assessment of the garment industry in Jordan. She also conducted quantitative research and analysis at the intersection of sustainability and food security at the Earth Institute, Columbia Climate School.

Shreya holds a Master’s in Public Administration specializing in Economic Policy Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Ramaiah Institute of Technology. Shreya jogs in Central Park in her free time and enjoys trying out new art forms.
