As an Analyst with Karp Strategies, Yushan brings experience in transportation planning and climate resilience. Yushan is passionate about improving equitable transportation access through stakeholder engagement and policy analysis. Prior to joining Karp Strategies, Yushan interned with the City of Los Angeles Mayor’s Office of City Services, supporting policy analysis and coordination efforts with external government agencies. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, traveling, and exploring the city on weekends.
