Yuri Chang, Director at Karp Strategies, brings experience in community and economic development, stakeholder engagement, and digital content creation. She has supported strategic planning and participatory action research in partnership with the New York City Housing Authority, large-scale infrastructure projects including ports and resiliency, and downtown revitalization efforts across the Tri-State region. Prior to joining the firm, Yuri served as the Deputy Director of Digital Content at Smart Growth America in Washington DC. She holds a Master’s in City & Regional Planning from Pratt Institute, and a B.A. from Tufts University in International Relations and Communications. In her free time, Yuri enjoys thrifting and bike rides over the Williamsburg Bridge.
