Karp Strategies Principal moderates Panel at Brooklyn Law School sustainability “Boot Camp"

Karp Strategies Principal Jeff Lee Romero moderated the Brooklyn Law School Panel, “Where Do We Start? Getting the Ball Rolling on Sustainability,” held on June 23rd, 2022 as part of the Sustainability and Future Cities Boot Camp. The session examined the motivational factors that lead to sustainable development, how property owners and developers are financing sustainable construction, and the impact of ESG and Corporate Social Responsibility on the real estate industry. Panelists included Calvin Lee, Director & Senior Counsel at WeWork, Nick Stolatis, Principal at EPN Real Estate Services, and Gail Suchman, Partner at Sheppard Mullin.
